How Order Tracking Works

  1. Order Processing (1–3 Business Days):
  2. Once you place your order on fitspurs.com (before our 5:00 PM CST cut-off), our team processes and packages your items within 1- 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
  3. Shipping Confirmation Email:
  4. As soon as we hand your package over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we send a shipping confirmation email with your direct tracking link and carrier tracking number.
  5. Tracking Status Activation:
  6. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the carrier to scan your package and update tracking information on their portal.
  7. Estimated Delivery Window:
  8. Standard transit time takes 6 to 8 business days across the contiguous United States. Your total estimated delivery time is 4 to 14 business days.

Frequently Asked Tracking Questions

  • Why is my tracking number not updating?
  • Carriers often take 24–48 hours to update scanning records after picking up packages from our facility. If your tracking status hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact our support team.
  • What if my package is marked as "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
  • Please check your porch, building entryway, mailbox, and with family members and neighbours. If you still cannot locate your parcel, notify us immediately at support@fitspurs.com.
  • Can I update my shipping address while tracking?
  • Once an order enters processing or is dispatched, you can't change the delivery address.
