We offer a full 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll take care of you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@fitspurs.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened gel pads
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Exchanges
Want a different product? We're happy to exchange your item for another of equal or greater value. Contact us at support@fitspurs.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no cost — no return required.

Return shipping is free for all US orders. We provide a prepaid return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
