Order Processing

• Once you have received your email confirming your order, it will be processed for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (weekends and major U.S. holidays not being included).
• Orders that are placed after 5:00 PM CST or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
• As soon as your order has left our facility you will get an automated email containing the shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping Charges

• The shipping options and prices are worked out dynamically and shown directly when you go to checkout, depending on the delivery address and the delivery speed you have selected.
• Shipping charges normally apply unless your order reaches the level required for the promotional free shipping that is advertised on our website.

• We provide shipping to valid postal addresses in the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, using the standard mail services.
• When you reach the checkout page, please verify your shipping information once more since Fitspurs cannot be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

• If the package you receive is damaged, check the contents right away and then get in touch with support@fitspurs.com or call +1 281-568-4149, providing your order number and photos showing the damage.
• If your package has still not arrived ten business days after you received the confirmation email, please get in touch with our support team so that we can have the carrier look into it.
